Your Role:
* Develop and maintain short, medium, and long-term underground mine plans
* Optimise stope designs, drill and blast strategies, and scheduling using Deswik
* Collaborate with geology, survey, and production teams to ensure alignment of plans with operational targets
* Provide technical input into budgeting, forecasting, and life-of-mine planning
* Drive continuous improvement in planning processes and mine design
What You Bring:
* Tertiary qualification in Mining Engineering or related discipline
* Demonstrated experience in underground mining environments
* Advanced proficiency in Deswik software (design, scheduling, and analysis)
* Strong analytical and communication skills
* A proactive mindset and commitment to safety and operational excellence
Requirements:
* Full and unrestricted working rights in Australia (no sponsorship available)
* Ability to work an 8:6 FIFO roster from Perth
* Current manual driving licence
