Job Summary
Bump Day Spa seeks an exceptional massage therapist (Remedial qualification will be highly regarded) to join our growing team for our Fortitude Valley spa.

Bump Day Spa is a luxury day spa specialising in pregnancy and post-natal treatments including massage & facials.
We also offer treatments (available to non-pregnant clients) including remedial massage, aromatherapy, hot stone, deep tissue etc.
Hours: 1-3 days per week | Flexible working hours | open Monday to Saturday (Saturday availability is essential)
Responsibilities and Duties
Providing a consistent and exceptional level of service through the delivery of pregnancy & post natal massage, spa packages and general spa treatments.
Offering a nurturing experience from the moment a client steps through the door until the moment they leave.
Building and maintaining a client base, completing administrative duties, general cleaning and maintenance of treatment rooms and the spa, and being a positive member of a high performing team.
Qualifications and Skills
A Certificate or Diploma in Massage/Remedial Massage or Beauty Therapy or equivalent with the ability to perform a range of treatments.
A commitment to women's health and wellness
Exceptional interpersonal and superior customer service skills along with the capability of working both autonomously and as a part of a team.
A strong attention to detail and exceptional time management skills
A willingness to support with admin tasks including, at times, working on Reception as part of your role
The ability to create a positive first impression with an understanding of the importance of five-star service.
Must be a confident and fluent English speaker.
