Current Job Openings:

1. Early Childhood Teachers- ECT- Full time

We are looking for enthusiastic Early Childhood Educators who are passionate about shaping young minds and providing high-quality education and care to children aged 0-6, while staying accountable to an amazing team of leaders that shares the same values. Our educators will have access to a wide range of resources and flexible working hours to help maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:


• Plan, implement, and evaluate programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).


• Document children's progress through observations, learning stories, and assessments.


• Build strong relationships with families, engaging them in their child's learning journey.


• Work collaboratively with colleagues to create an engaging, safe, and positive environment.


• Adhere to the National Quality Standards (NQS) and uphold professional ethics.

Qualifications:

* • An Approved Early Childhood Teaching Qualification and NESA Accreditation with at least 1 year experience working in a child related role.
* Knowledge: Sound understanding of the EYLF and NQS.
* Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children and families.
* Commitment: A strong commitment to ongoing professional development and a willingness to learn and grow.
* Certifications: Valid Working with Children Check, First Aid/CPR certificate, Safe Food handling Certificate, and Child Protection training.
* Presentation: Excellent personal presentation.
