Requirements:
* Over 10 Years of B2B Sales Experience, Including Over 5 Years Managing a Sales Team in the Electronic or MRO Industry.
* Demonstrate Strong Leadership Skills with a Track Record of Team Success.
* Familiarity with Project Management Methodologies and Tools.
* Experience in Identifying Customer Needs and Creating Solutions.
* Proven Track Record in Successful Negotiations and Contract Delivery.
* Financial and Business Awareness with Good Analytical Skills.
