* Manage WIP (Work in Progress) and assist with job costing
* Process purchase orders, parts, and supplier invoices
* Prepare and issue customer invoices
* Support quoting and job close-out processes
* Maintain accurate records across ERP systems and Excel
* Communicate with internal teams and customers on job status
About You
* Experience in a service or workshop administration role
* Exposure to mining, heavy equipment, or similar industries (preferred)
* Strong attention to detail and organisation
* Ability to manage multiple jobs and priorities
* Confident using ERP systems and Microsoft Office
* Clear communicator with a team-first mindset
* Reliable, accountable, and takes pride in accuracy
Why Join Complete Parts
This isn’t just admin, you’re part of the operation.
You’ll be involved in real jobs from start to finish, working closely with the workshop and seeing the impact of what you do every day.
As a growing business, your contribution is visible, valued, and opens the door to future progression as we continue to expand.
* Stable, long-term role in a growing business
* Be part of the workshop, not just behind a desk
* Real responsibility with variety in your day
* Opportunity to grow into more senior coordination roles
* Supportive, no-nonsense team environment

If you’re organised, reliable, and want to play a key role in keeping a busy workshop running smoothly, we want to hear from you.
