Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Store Cleanliness Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout our stores.
About The Role
This role is part of our Proactive Services team, which is responsible for ensuring that our stores are in pristine condition at all times. Your duties will include sweeping shop floors, cleaning walls, bathrooms, and emptying bins. You will also collect trolleys from car parks and surrounding areas, and provide assistance to customers as needed.
Key Responsibilities
* Complete daily tasks allocated by the team leader, including sweeping, cleaning, and collecting trolleys.
* Work closely with other departments to ensure that cleaning needs are met efficiently.
* Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and providing directions.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Physical fitness, as this role involves physically demanding tasks.
* Ability to stand for long periods and lift loads between 5-10kgs.
* Flexibility to work in different environments, such as shop floors, fridges, freezers, and carparks.
* Availability to work across Monday-Sunday and shifts starting from 6am or 5pm.
