Your new company
Our client is a dynamic, forward-thinking commercial builder, who pride themselves on their culture and their people, with good tenure and high-performing staff. Due to growth, they require an experienced site manager to work closely with their general manager and oversee a variety of commercial projects.
Your new role
With a number of upcoming projects in 2026, there are a few projects you could commence on; from Social housing to Education or Aged Care projects. You will take overall responsibility for quality, safety and coordinating all trades on site in delivering one of these fully documented D&C projects.
Scheduling and fortnightly programming along with maintaining site diaries and quality records will all play a part in this role.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered, you must have experience as a Site Manager on commercial projects from $10M or more in build cost. Similar project experience with education or healthcare would be beneficial. A current QBCC Builder's Supervisors Licence is essential, while knowledge of local trades and officials would be advantageous. This will also suit a Senior Site Manager, well established and ready to join an employer of choice with long-term work on the coast. Only candidates based in Australia will be considered and preferably currently based (or soon to be) on the Sunshine Coast.
What you'll get in return
Salary for the Site Manager role will be commensurate with experience, while a salary package over $200k is a good indicator. This is a permanent role, joining a reputable builder, with long-term local work.
