Job Description Kick-start your commercial career with this full-time opportunity based in Adelaide as a Business Analyst.
Ideal for a junior candidate, this role provides valuable exposure across our Industries portfolio, offering hands-on experience in commercial analysis, data reporting, and project support.
Working closely with the Commercial Operations Manager and the wider leadership team, you'll contribute to meaningful projects and help drive positive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities: Provide financial analysis, contract tracking, and reporting to support commercial decision-making.
Assist with cost models, quotes, tender submissions, and client proposals.
Monitor budgets and expenditure, identifying opportunities for cost optimisation.
Prepare and maintain commercial documentation, including supplier agreements and CAPEX packs.
Coordinate commercial documentation and maintain accurate records for performance, compliance, and development activities.
Assist with client meetings, proposals, presentations, and follow-up activities.
Prepare high-quality reports and correspondence, ensuring a professional and customer-focused approach.
Compile regular performance reports, dashboards, and contract summaries.
Ensure strong document control and adherence to company policies and processes.
Qualifications What we're looking for: Strong written and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Experience using data visualisation tools to present insights clearly.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines.
A degree in business, finance, or information systems is highly desirable.
Full, unrestricted driver's license (customer visits when required).
Ability to pass a police clearance.
