The Role
We are seeking an experiencedElectronic Equipment Trades Workerto join our team at ourMalagaworkshop.
You'll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintainingdomestic fridges, freezers, televisions, laptops, air conditioning and washing machines, ensuring every product meets our high refurbishment standards.
You will also be responsible for delivery and installation or repair at customer premises under the company's warranty obligations.
Key Responsibilities
Examine and test electronic equipment, instruments, and systems to diagnose faults
Adjust, repair, and replace worn or defective parts and wiring
Maintain, reassemble, and test-operate appliances and control systems
Advise users on correct operating procedures to prevent malfunctions
Install and commission electronic instruments and control systems
Apply knowledge ofelectrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic principlesin repair and maintenance tasks
Travel to customer premises where required to install/repair under warranty provisions
Provide excellent customer service and demonstrate a professional command of the English language
About You
To be successful in this role, you'll have:
Minimum 3 years of relevant work experienceobtained in the last 5 years
Strong diagnostic and repair skills across a range of domestic appliances
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
Full Australian work rights(sponsorship may be available for the right candidate)
