We're looking for a motivated professional to join our team as a Junior Recruiter. You'll work closely with us, supporting the end-to-end hiring process while developing your skills in sourcing, interviewing, and candidate management.
Your Responsibilities
* Sourcing and screening candidates through job boards, social media, and networking.
* Writing and posting engaging job ads to attract top talent.
* Conducting initial phone screens and shortlisting candidates against role criteria.
* Coordinating interviews and managing communications between candidates and clients.
* Building and maintaining candidate talent pools.
* Assisting with compliance checks, reference checks, and onboarding paperwork.
* Keeping accurate records in our recruitment systems.
* Supporting recruiters and account managers on client projects.
Requirements
* Experience in recruitment, HR, sales, or administration is an advantage but not essential.
* Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with people.
* Highly organised with attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
* Proactive, motivated, and eager to learn about recruitment.
* Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office 365 skills and JobAdder/Onboarded experience.
* A team player with a positive attitude and genuine interest in helping people find the right opportunities.
