We are seeking highly motivated individuals with an electrical engineering qualification recognized by an institution within Australia to join our 3-year graduate program.
* You will work within Australia's largest electricity network, serving 2.25 million customers.
* You will be employed on a full-time, permanent basis as part of the program.
* You will maintain a healthy work-life balance with a 9-day fortnight, and a competitive starting salary.
As an electrical engineer, you will provide technical support to your assigned workgroup by undertaking specific investigations, risk-based assessments, research and analysis, design, and/or providing project assistance as required.
* You will participate in professional development opportunities provided and sponsored by the Graduate Engineer Development Program, e.g., coursework, seminars, and team activities.
* You will take ownership for career planning and personal development while working with your allocated mentor, including monitoring, and reviewing progress against performance criteria to ensure you have the skills required to grow your career.
* You will contribute to the completion of project/team deliverables through the timely application of engineering research, modeling, techniques, and methods to allocated tasks.
About You

* You must have recently graduated (within the last two years), with a Bachelor of Engineering from an institution recognized within Australia with a strong academic record.
