About the Role

About The Role
The Practice Manager is responsible for coordinating the business, people, operations, and services of the clinic. Key responsibilities include:
* Overseeing operational and personnel matters, including communication, procedures, and business services.
* Leading employee management tasks such as recruitment, workforce planning, rosters, wellbeing, recognition, performance, training, and development.
* Enhancing customer experience and client loyalty through various activities including marketing and complaint resolution.
* Managing financial performance, stock control, procurement, accounts, budgets, and P&L.
* Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, maintaining facilities, assets, and presentation standards.
* Collaborating with Clinical Leaders to uphold industry standards, clinical governance, and strategic directions.
* Working with the Regional Manager to drive performance, client engagement, and change initiatives.
* Leading company projects and technology implementations.
* Fostering a transparent, collaborative, and engaging leadership style.
About You
* Minimum 2 years in practice leadership or head nurse role in veterinary or related field.
* Cert IV qualification as a veterinary nurse or equivalent.
* Committed to service excellence and clinical care.
* Experience with practice management systems and digital tools.
* Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
* Understanding of employment obligations and workplace health and safety regulations.
* Interest or experience in change management and projects.
* A warm, supportive, and caring approach to team and clients.
