We're on the lookout for an experienced Sales Executive - Travel Partnership to join our dynamic National Sales Team, based at our Ultimo Head Office.
The Opportunity:
In this role, you are the relationship. You know how to connect with clients, build trust, and create partnerships that last. You bring commercial acumen, a natural drive for success, and the ability to deliver sales initiatives that not only hit targets – but exceed them.
Reporting to the Associate Director of Sales – Travel Partnerships, you'll play a key role in driving national sales, elevating client experiences, and positioning TFE Hotels as the partner of choice.
What you will be doing:

Building new sales opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships across our hotel portfolio
Actively sourcing new business through networking, prospecting, and client meetings
Establishing strong, long‑term partnerships with consortia, travel agents, PCOs, and training organisations
Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to continually refine sales strategies
Representing TFE Hotels at industry events, functions, and trade shows
Delivering engaging site inspections and client presentations to secure business

About you:
You'll thrive in this role if you bring:

2+ years' experience in hotel or travel industry sales across multiple products
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
Confidence using MS Office and CRM platforms like Salesforce
Impeccable attention to detail
Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship‑building skills
Comfort working in a fast-paced, sales‑targeted environment
Strong presentation skills and immaculate personal presentation
Outstanding communication skills – verbal, written, and active listening
A valid Australian driver's licence and reliable vehicle
Unrestricted work rights in Australia, with eligibility to work without sponsorship.
