Senior Contracts Administrator required for a $105M commercial project about to kick off in Canberra with further growth forecasted in the region.

Roles and Responsibilities of the Contracts Administrator will include:
1. Preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, procurement schedules
2. Progress claim assistance and external variations
3. Review, negotiation and finalization of subcontracts
4. Management and tracking of project expenditure, inclusive of subcontractor claim
5. Administration of RFIs to clients, architects and consultants
6. Administration of the project HSE system
To be considered for the role of Senior Contracts Administrator you will require:
1. Senior and mid-level construction/building contract/commercial management skill set with experience managing head and subcontracts on government building projects
2. Aspiring contract administration level; demonstrated experience in leading subcontractor/trade administration on medium to large built form projects
3. Industry relevant degree qualification
4. Familiarity with Contract Law principals & construction specific Acts, codes and Regulations
5. Confident & collaborative communicator
6. Self-motivated and ability to drive autonomous outcomes and decisions.
7. Process and system appreciative
