About the Role
You will work closely with solicitors across Commercial Litigation and other areas depending on your experience, assisting with the day-to-day conduct of matters from commencement through to resolution.
Key Responsibilities
* Drafting and preparing court documents and correspondence
* Completing and lodging court forms
* Online filing through relevant court portals (including Family Court and Federal Circuit Court)
* Assisting with compliance with court Practice Notes and procedural requirements
* Matter management, file maintenance, and document control
* Liaising with clients, counsel, courts, and other practitioners
* General paralegal and administrative support as required
About You
* Previous experience as a Paralegal in Commercial Litigation (essential)
* Strong knowledge of court procedures, forms, and practice directions
* Confident with online court filing systems
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Commitment to a long-term paralegal career (not a graduate or short-term role)
