Overview
Trade Retail Assistantrole atDuluxGroup.
You will interface with customers face to face and via email and phone in Far North Queensland.
In this role you will be tasked with order entry, stock checks, stock replenishment, order enquiries and deliveries to local customers.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with our customers.
Gain broad knowledge of materials, hardware and tools used in building industries.
Adhere to Safe Work Practices and prioritise safety in every task.
Interface with customers face to face and via email and phone in Far North Queensland.
Handle order entry, stock checks, stock replenishment, order enquiries and deliveries to local customers.
Qualifications
A positive, can-do attitude.
Willingness to learn new skills and gain knowledge.
Ability to lift heavy items (up to 20 kg or more).
Strong computer skills.
Understanding of what good customer service looks and feels like.
Desirable (Not essential)
Experience in cabinetry or architectural hardware.
A current forklift licence.
An open Australian driver's licence.
