Launch your career in Human Resources (HR) with this exciting full-time traineeship based in Murray Bridge! Working within the People and Payroll team, you will gain hands-on experience while completing a Certificate IV Human Resources, building valuable skills that will set the foundation for a successful professional future.

During your Traineeship, you will be given mentoring while you complete on-the-job and off-the-job training towards a Certificate IV in Human Resources. You will receive ongoing support to help you build a successful career in the People and Payroll sector while developing practical, industry-relevant skills.

What will you be doing?

You will undertake a variety or tasks including, but not limited to:

* Assisting with HR and payroll administration across teh employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and employment amendments
* Supporting the preparation of employment contracts, HR correspondence, and related documentation
* Communicating with a broad range of stakeholders, including external agencies, contractors, service providers, the general public, and other external bodies
* Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information
* Providing administrative support to the People and Payroll team
* Helping coordinate HR processes and ensuring deadlines are met.

You must be professional, team-orientated, and committed to delivering high-quality administrative support.

* Hold a current Class C Driver's Licence
* Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft), systems and web-based technologies

* Organisation skills, including time management, and the ability to prioritise effectively
* Strong interpersonal skills and work ethics: motivation and enthusiasm, customer service, professionalism

* To be reliable, motivated, and eager to learn.
