About you
To be successful in this role, you will have an advantage as an experienced pizzaiolo with a minimum of 2 years experience and with the following skills and attributes;
* ability to open/stretch dough by hand
* work well under pressure
* be a team player
* sound knowledge of occupational health and safety
About the role
We are also looking for someone who can;
* cook pizzas in a Moretti electric oven
* prepare dough and ingredients
* be proactive in menu design and inclusions
