Your Opportunity This is an exciting opportunity to join a global leader in supplier information and risk management, currently expanding its presence in Australia's aerospace and defence sectors. With over 30 years of expertise across the UK and Europe, this organisation supports supplier compliance by collecting, validating, and monitoring critical data; enabling businesses to meet industry standards and operate seamlessly. Due to strong growth and ongoing team expansion, we are recruiting a Customer Support Advisor to join their collaborative and high-performing Australian team. Key Responsibilities You'll be responsible for guiding suppliers and customers through the onboarding and renewal process, ensuring they meet industry requirements - this does not involve cold calling. Your duties will include: Conduct scheduled calls with suppliers and customers to assist with registration, renewals, and onboarding. Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system. Act as the first point of contact for enquiries, including IT and procedural support. Process subscription fees and payments. Validate online questionnaires thoroughly and ensure they meet compliance standards. Communicate status updates and assist with document tracking. Support continuous improvement and contribute to team meetings. Meet and exceed personal KPIs in both customer satisfaction and call quality. What's in it for you?
