As a Commercial Analyst, you'll work closely with sales, marketing, and finance teams to deliver actionable insights that shape strategic and tactical decisions. You'll be responsible for financial modelling, scenario analysis, pricing optimisation, and performance reporting across Australia and New Zealand.

The responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of Commercial Finance, you will:
* Build and refine financial models to support strategic planning and scenario analysis.
* Deliver timely reporting on sales spend, pricing, and market dynamics.
* Monitor pricing execution and compliance, providing insights to optimise profitability.
* Support portfolio and sales strategy initiatives through in-depth performance analysis.
* Prepare dashboards and tools to identify risks and opportunities.
* Drive continuous improvement in analytical processes and data quality.
* Align sales and marketing planning with brand and market targets.
* Partner with cross-functional teams to influence decisions and deliver measurable results
* Ad-hoc work as required
The successful applicant
Ideally, you will be:
* CA/CPA qualified
* Energetic team player who thrives in a collaborative, high-energy environment.
* Strong analytical and technical skills with the ability to translate data into insights.
* 2+ years' experience in commercial analysis, ideally within FMCG or consumer products.
* Adaptable and quick learner with strong business partnering skills.
* Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in reporting and analysis
