About Us


Realmark Commercial Pilbara is not your typical real estate agency. With offices in South Hedland, Newman, and Karratha, we specialise in commercial and industrial property sales and leasing across the Pilbara region. We are recruiting for a Commercial Sales & Leasing Associate who is experienced, confident, and ready to hit the ground running—because this role doesn't come with hand-holding or slow starts. The role will suit an experienced Sales and Leasing Associate or a person with a strong administrative background in Commercial Sales & Leasing. If your not scared to pick up the phone and negotiate million dollar deals then this could be the role for you.

The really important stuff:

You must be based in Western Australia and hold a WA Unrestricted Sales Registration or have the immediate ability to obtain Mutual Recognition from another State of Australia.

You must also have prior experience in Commercial Sales & Leasing and/or Sales Administration. As this is a full work from home role we don't have the benefit of sitting with you showing you the ropes - you must be ready to hit the ground running.

About the Role

This is a full-time, 100% remote (work from home) position, working Monday to Friday. We do not have an office in Perth metropolitan area. You'll work closely (virtually) with our energetic and dynamic Director, Eliza Mearns, supporting her across a wide range of Commercial sales and leasing activities.

You'll need a dedicated workspace, a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage shifting priorities with ease. While our base hours are 9am–5pm, some flexibility is required to accommodate an East Coast-based Director and dynamic business flow—flexibility works both ways here.

Remuneration:

We offer an attractive base salary (commensurate with experience) plus a generous bonus scheme designed to reward performance and initiative.

What you will be doing:

* Handling day-to-day communication and diary management for the Director with the assistance of the Team Administration Support Assistant (based in South Hedland).
* Preparing high-quality market appraisals, rent reviews, and property reports.
* Drafting and processing leases, listing agreements, sales contracts, and management authorities.
* Liaising with clients, lawyers, settlement agents, and the property management team.
* Coordinating handovers for new and sold properties.
* Building strong, positive relationships with new and existing clients.

You will fit right in if you:

* Have proven experience in commercial/industrial sales and leasing in Australia.
* Hold a WA Unrestricted Sales Registration or can obtain mutual recognition immediately from another State in Australia.
* Are a spreadsheet wizard (Excel is your happy place).
* Ideally you know your way around all the tools including Vault CRM.
* Know your way around commercial contracts and documentation.
* Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Have a sharp eye for detail and a creative edge—we want those reports to look as good as they read (we have a Communications & Marketing Manager that can help you out with that as well).
* Can take initiative, problem-solve on the fly, and are confident communicating at all levels.
* Most importantly: you've got a great sense of humour. We're serious about our work, but we also love a good laugh along the way.

Location & Flexibility

This role is open to candidates based in Western Australia only, ideally in the Perth metro area for occasional team catch-ups. You are not required to travel to the Pilbara on a regular basis but it may be required from time to time.
