We are seeking a Support Services Coordinator to join our team. The primary purpose of this role is to provide high-level administrative support, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and exceeding customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform daily banking reconciliations and assist with financial administration
* Support accounts payable and receivable workload, including month-end procedures
* Monitor payment commitments and prepare payments for authorisation
* Support supplier invoice processing, credit note matching, and reconcile monthly statements
* Manage and maintain organised filing systems
* Coordinate and prepare for internal events, including seasonal campaigns and store functions
* Order office supplies and monitor stock levels
* Assist with general administrative duties, including answering phones and preparing emails
* Accurately enter data into relevant software systems
Requirements:
