Position RequirementsHold doctoral qualifications (PhD or equivalent) plus significant experience in the relevant discipline.Registered as a Nurse (Division 1) in AHPRA, evidence of meeting NMBA Recency of Practice registration standards.Extensive academic, research, and industry experience with strong knowledge of nursing education, and a proven record in innovative teaching and curriculum development.Proven academic leadership, demonstrated through building and motivating multidisciplinary teams, managing staff performance, and fostering a culture of high achievement.Significant research profile, evidenced by publications in high-quality journals, successful supervision of research higher degree students, and the ability to attract competitive research funding.Maintain strong professional networks with government, industry, and the broader community to enhance the School’s reputation and impact.
