What You'll Do
Trade Forex and / or Crypto using firm-provided capital
Follow a structured, rules-based trading plan
Conduct daily market research and technical analysis
Identify high-probability trade setups
Execute trades within firm risk-management guidelines
Attend weekly coaching, training, and team sessions
Use proprietary analytics and journaling tools
Track performance metrics for long-term consistency
What We're Looking For
Required
Strong interest in trading and financial markets
Self-discipline and the ability to follow a rules-based system
Reliable computer and high-speed internet
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred
Experience in Forex, Crypto, Options, or Futures
Background in analytics, math, engineering, statistics, or economics
Familiarity with MT4 / MT5, TradingView, or similar charting platforms
No prior trading experience required for coachable candidates

Compensation
This is a performance-based, profit-split trading role.
Maverick provides the firm's capital, and traders earn a percentage of the trading profits.
Profit Split : 65%–90% (based on performance, consistency, and account level)
Estimated Earnings Range : $500 – $10,000+ per month (performance-based)
There is no base salary.
Earnings depend on trading results and adherence to risk guidelines.

Additional Notes
Based on prior experience and possession of trading licenses or certificates, traders may incur costs required to trade within the firm.
All trading activity also requires normal market fees (data feeds, commissions, spreads), which each trader covers initially.
Once a track record of consistent profitability is established, the firm covers these costs on behalf of the trader.
