About the role
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Driver to join our team for local deliveries only. You’ll be transporting steel, timber or containers. This role will be based in Coopers Plains. Full training will be provided including load restraint and buddy training with an experienced driver. The shift time for this role is 3:30pm–11:00pm. There are only afternoon shifts available for this role, these shifts are eligible for shift loading.
Responsibilities
- The load for this role will be varied, transporting either steel, timber or containers
- Adhering to safety and compliance policies and procedures
- Ensuring fleet presentation is well organized
- A strong commitment to safety regulations, ensuring the yard and warehouse safety standards are adhered to
Success Profile / Qualifications
- MC license
- Forklift licence advantageous. Don’t have one? K&S; will cover your ticket after you pass probation
- MSIC license or willingness to obtain
- Reliability, responsibility and a positive attitude
- Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively
