Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Relationship Manager based in Hobart, TAS. The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for fostering strong client relationships, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a seamless client experience. Additional tasks include coordinating with internal teams to meet client expectations, developing client onboarding strategies, and maintaining accurate client records.
Qualifications
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills
* Proficient in client service and conflict resolution techniques
* Analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
* Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
* Experience in financial services and a solid understanding of investment or wealth management is preferred
* Proficiency in using CRM software and other digital tools
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or a related field desired, not mandatory
* Strong ethical standards and a commitment to client-focused service
Remuneration package offered ranges between$65,000 -$85,000, including super and leave loading,dependent on level of education and experience.
