Bradnams Windows and Doors is seeking Expressions of Interest from highly motivated Internal Customer Service & Sales Support candidates, to join our growing team in the Wide Bay Region. This role is essential in providing exceptional support to our external sales team and ensuring smooth operations across various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide outstanding customer service to internal and external customers.
* Work closely with an external sales representative to assist with quoting, order processing, and service requests.
* Communicate effectively with internal teams, external suppliers, and customers.
* Work closely with builders and supervisors to coordinate and maintain delivery timelines for windows, doors, and services.
* Manage and prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Ensure accurate data entry and maintain records using internal systems.
* Foster a positive team culture and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
What We're Looking For:
* Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
* Excellent literacy and communication skills.
* Exceptional time management and the ability to work under pressure.
* A proactive and team-oriented mindset.
* Previous experience in a similar role within the building or manufacturing industry is advantageous but not essential.
