Job Description
Oaks Sydney Goldsbrough Suites is seeking a full-time Guest Service Agent passionate about providing excellent customer service. You will create a welcoming environment for guests, managing check-ins, check-outs, and providing local recommendations, ensuring a memorable stay.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide a warm reception to guests, ensuring smooth check-ins and addressing needs.
2. Maintain clear communication with guests and colleagues via various channels.
3. Process reservations, updates, and requests accurately using property management systems.
4. Act as the main contact for guests, offering assistance, resolving issues, and providing personalized service.
Hourly Rates (excluding super):
* Monday - Friday: $24.98/hr
* Saturday: $31.23/hr
* Sunday: $37.47/hr
Qualifications:
* Experience in hospitality or customer service roles.
* Excellent communication skills across multiple mediums.
* Proactive, positive attitude with a commitment to high service standards.
* Ability to work weekends, public holidays, and various shifts.
