About the Role:

The Graduate HR Generalist will provide key support to our HR function, focusing on employee engagement, benefits administration, payroll coordination, and data management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide HR support to employees, including answering queries and escalating issues when necessary.

2. Maintain our HRIS with high accuracy and timeliness, processing changes and new joiners efficiently.

3. Owning global projects, such as engagement, training, or culture initiatives, and partnering with managers and employees to drive the people strategy.

4. Process new hires, including country-specific onboarding documentation, creation of files, systems setup, and coordination of introductory reviews.
">
5. Support employees with enrollment and processing of benefits and the payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate data.

6. Liaise with payroll for smooth salary payments and create purchase orders for internal departments.

7. Conduct regular audits of employment files and systems to ensure they are up-to-date, accurate, and GDPR compliant.

8. Continuously work to improve processes and identify areas for improvement to drive the function forward.
