Requirements
* Prior experience in a similar leadership role, preferably in a bar or hospitality setting.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and ingredients is beneficial.
* Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing.
* Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team-oriented mindset.
* Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
* RSA certification.
