Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Officer/Licence Testing Officer. This role will be based out of Warragul Customer Service Centre and will involve serving as the first point of contact for customers, offering information and guidance on digital transactions.
As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering registration and licensing services around the needs of customers in a dynamic environment.
Key responsibilities include investigating and resolving customer enquiries according to established policies and procedures, exercising judgement to suggest improvements to customer service delivery processes and tools, and working collaboratively as an effective team member to achieve key team and individual performance targets.
Key Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require exceptional customer service skills, excellent communication skills coupled with a strong work ethic, adaptability, flexibility, and agility with regards to change and adopting new methods of working. You will also need to be a team player who is not afraid to go above and beyond where required, possess intermediate computer literacy skills, and hold a full valid driver's license.
