About the Role
Reporting to the Learning & Organisational Development Manager, Consumer ANZ, the Learning & Development Specialist is an exciting, hands‑on role focused on creating impactful learning experiences that build capability, uplift performance, and drive real business outcomes.
You'll partner closely with leaders, subject matter experts, and coaches across Customer Service and After Sales to design and deliver engaging, relevant and scalable learning solutions. From onboarding to systems training to blended learning design - you'll shape the learning experience end‑to‑end.

Responsibilities
* Partner with Customer Service and After Sales leaders to identify capability opportunities.
* Build strong relationships with operational SMEs.
* Collaborate with the broader Consumer L&D network to ensure alignment and share best practice.
* Support consumer‑wide learning initiatives when needed.
* Conduct ongoing learning needs analysis to uncover skills gaps and process improvement opportunities.
* Participate in Quality Review programs to identify coaching and training needs.
* Facilitate virtual and classroom training sessions for ongoing development.
* Design and develop blended learning solutions including eLearning, workshops, SOPs, microlearning, job aids, coaching tools and assessments.
* Apply instructional design principles (ADDIE) and adult learning methodologies.
* Use tools including Articulate 360, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Cornerstone.
* Deliver hands‑on system and process training.

What You Bring
* Experience in FMCG, Customer Service or Contact Centre environments.
* Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40122).
* Strong facilitation skills across virtual and in‑person environments.
* Instructional design capability and experience with learning analytics.
* Experience with learning tools such as Cornerstone, Articulate 360, SharePoint and Microsoft Office.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to perform under pressure.
* A proactive, collaborative and self‑driven approach
