Position Overview
We're partnering with a leading design and architecture firm to find a talented Senior Bid Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment. This role is pivotal in shaping the firm's market presence through high-impact, visually compelling bid submissions.
What you'll be doing
* Lead and manage 2–4 submissions per week, from strategy to delivery, with minimal overtime (and yes, they pay for it if needed).
* Own the creative process—from shaping winning themes to producing visually striking documents using InDesign and the Adobe Creative Suite.
* Collaborate with sector leads, designers, and technical teams to craft compelling bids that reflect the brand's excellence.
* Maintain and evolve the national content library (OpenAsset), ensuring CVs, project sheets, and imagery are always on point.
* Drive continuous improvement in templates, tools, and processes.
What you'll need to succeed
* 5+ years' experience in bids, submissions, or marketing coordination—ideally in architecture, engineering, or construction.
* A design-related degree (Graphic Design, Communications, etc.).
* Advanced InDesign and graphic design skills—this is non-negotiable.
* Strong writing, planning, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* A proactive mindset and ability to juggle multiple projects with ease.
