* Base salary from $65,982 plus 17% super contribution

About the position

Reporting to the Manager, Clinical Services and Operations, this role supports the efficient operation of the clinic by delivering high‐quality administrative services and outstanding customer support to clients, visitors, staff, and students.

The position is based at the La Trobe Health Clinic on the Bundoora campus. Flexibility in working hours is required at times to meet operational needs, including occasional evenings and weekends.

Skills and Experience

To be considered for this position, you will have;

* Completion of a Diploma level qualification with relevant work‐related experience; or completion of a Certificate IV with relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of relevant experience or on the job training.
* Demonstrated administrative and customer service experience in a healthcare environment.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling respectful and effective engagement with a diverse range of clients, staff and students.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‐paced environment.
* High level of attention to detail and accuracy in administrative and data‐entry tasks.
* Demonstrated ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with professionalism.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
* Commitment to culturally safe, inclusive and client centred service delivery.
* Other skills and experience as outlined in the PD.
