We're expanding our Queensland operations and need a driven Sales Manager to grow our recent-tyre business.The role:Develop and execute sales strategy for new tyres across Queensland (B2B & retail).
Manage, coach and motivate the sales team and field reps.Grow key accounts (workshops, fleets, dealers and resellers) and win new business.Analyse sales performance, set targets, prepare forecasts and report to national sales leadership.Collaborate with marketing, logistics and technical teams to deliver promotions, stock availability and after-sales support.Represent the company at trade shows, industry events and customer meetings — frequent travel across QLD required.Skills & experience:3–5+ years' sales experience in tyres, automotive parts, fleet management or related industry.Demonstrated ability to hit sales targets and lead a team.Strong negotiation, relationship-building and account management skills.Valid Australian driver's licence; own vehicle desirable.Queensland-based or willing to relocate/travel across the state.What we offer:Competitive base salary + uncapped commission/bonus structure.Vehicle package or allowance, phone and laptop.Training and career development opportunities.Supportive workplace with explicit progression to senior roles.Job insightsSalary match Number of applicants Skills matchYour application will include the following questions:How many years' experience do you have as a sales manager?
