About The Role

* Provide administrative support to the commercial manager with various job-related tasks.
* Prepare high-quality communications, emails, invoices, reports, and other correspondence.
* Manage IT, asset, and other registers.
* Ensure timely submission of employee timesheets.
* Organise job accommodations and company social events.
* Assist with onboarding new staff members.
* Process documents and perform data entry.
* Provide assistance with accounts payable as required.
