Medical Officer Support Coordinator Role
This is a pivotal leadership opportunity where you will empower Junior Medical Officers (JMOs) during their 10-week rotations at a major hospital.
You will serve as the trusted point of contact, coordinator and leader, ensuring JMOs have the necessary support to thrive personally and professionally.
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide day-to-day guidance and proactive support for JMOs
* Coordinate rosters, accommodation, sick leave and education sessions
* Conduct regular welfare check-ins and address individual needs
* Ensure a seamless experience throughout each JMO rotation
* Manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment with professionalism and care
Key Qualifications:
* Senior administration experience with potential for high-level management exposure
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills – build trust and rapport with ease
* Excellent time management and ability to stay organized under pressure
* Initiative and independence in solving problems and supporting your team
* A clear understanding of medical workforce needs, awards and employment conditions
* Presentation skills for orientations and training sessions
