Job Description:
- Assemble, modify, and dismantle scaffolding structures in accordance with safety regulations and project specifications
- Conduct daily safety checks and maintain scaffolding equipment to ensure it remains in safe, working condition
- Adhere strictly to all site safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE at all times
- Collaborate closely with construction teams for smooth and efficient scaffold installation and removal
- Provide support and guidance to junior team members to ensure consistent work quality
- Keep accurate documentation and records of scaffolding activities and inspections
Key Experience & Competencies:
- Demonstrated experience in scaffolding, particularly with Kwikstage and Ringlock systems
- Competence in reading and interpreting scaffold plans and drawings
- Strong awareness of workplace safety and hazard prevention
- Comfortable working at heights and in physically demanding environments
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Leadership capabilities to manage and motivate small teams
Technical Requirements:
- Current High Risk Work Licence (SA, SI, or SB)
- Category 3 Medical (Including Drug & Alcohol Testing)
- White Card (Construction Induction Card)
- Valid Driver’s Licence (MR or HR is highly desirable)
- Proven ability to interpret and execute scaffold plans
- Current VOC for High Risk Work Licence
Performance Measures:
- Safety performance
- Delivery in full, on time (DIFOT)
- Compliance with project budget and scope
- Effective workforce management and resource planning
- Timely submission of handover certificates and contract variations

- This is not a FIFO (Fly-In Fly-Out) role. Work is based locally across South Australia.
