We’re looking for a driven and experienced recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to take ownership of an already thriving blue-collar Mining Operators desk.

What you’ll be doing:
* End-to-end recruitment of Mining Operators (e.g. production, mobile plant, field-based roles)
* Sourcing, placing and mobilising blue-collar candidates across WA
* Building relationships with site contacts and operations managers
* Developing new business and growing market share
* Managing your contractors on assignment, ensuring quality and continuity
What we’re looking for:
* Proven experience in recruitment – mining or blue-collar preferred
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Someone who’s not afraid to pick up the phone and chase opportunity
* A passion for fast-paced, high-impact work
* The drive to build a strong, sustainable desk of your own
