1. Be responsible to the Information Security Manager to ensure the smooth management and delivery of security services which underpin other areas of Infrastructure Services to enable SWARH to provide high quality, sustainable and efficient ICT Services in line with SWARH’s mission and aspiration
2. Be involved in the implementation & administration of, enterprise services ( Active Directory, Domain services, DNS, OUs and Group Policy)
3. Temporary Full-time - 80 hours per fortnight to December 2025
About the facility:
South West Alliance of Rural Health (SWARH) is an Alliance of public health agencies in the South West of Victoria covering an area of approximately 60,000 sq. kilometres connecting all public acute hospitals and associated health services in a region extending from west of Melbourne to the South Australian Border. SWARH has a focus on the development of Information Technology for the Acute Public Hospitals in the South West Region of Victoria.
About the role
The Training Manager will be responsible for identifying the training needs of all the stakeholders throughout the region, to address skill gaps and ensure project success. They will establish a comprehensive testing strategy and training plans, and will oversee training material creation and manage training delivery. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring effective and efficient training is delivered during the project and establish processes to ensure project tools and techniques remain available to support business-as-usual requirements. They will be proficient in developing training materials, including presentations, manuals, videos, or online resources, to support effective learning across multiple delivery channels which caters to the needs of shift-workers across a broad geography. They will define training cycles which support incremental learning and will provide high quality delivery of training sessions using a variety of methods and will monitor the progress of training including formal feedback loops.
