Key Responsibilities
* The Project Manager will work closely with internal SLA Place Delivery Teams as well as other ACT Government Directorates, industry and the broader community to create communities that are vibrant, connected, inclusive, resilient, and healthy urban places.
* The successful candidate will contribute to a dynamic and complex program of works related to the investigation and identification of potential urban development areas, due diligence activities, site specific planning, and strategic and advisory services for land suitable for consideration in the Indicative Land Supply Program (ILSP) and ILRP that can be identified and agreed by the ACT Government's Land Supply Committee and SLA Board.
The Project Manager will have significant experience coordinating projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget, identifying potential issues and develop proactive solutions, build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, and influence decision-making processes to achieve favourable outcomes for the Territory.
