We are a water utility serving one of the fastest growing regions in the country.We think a pretty good job starts here.About the role:Are you passionate about creating meaningful learning experiences that empower people and shape the future of work?At Unitywater, we’re looking for a dynamic Learning & Development Manager to join us on a long term contract basis and drive impactful learning strategies that build confidence, capability, and career growth for our people.In this key role, you’ll lead the design and delivery of engaging, fit-for-purpose learning solutions, from safety and compliance to technical training and career pathways. You’ll collaborate closely with leaders across the business and with external partners to ensure our teams are equipped for today and prepared for tomorrow.You’ll head up a small, dedicated team and work in partnership with stakeholders to shape our organisational capability, applying best-practice learning approaches and contemporary thinking.
