We are seeking a driven and highly organised Exhibition Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will oversee end-to-end exhibition projects, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and client expectations are met — all while maintaining the highest level of service and attention to detail.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing multiple exhibition projects from concept to completion
* Liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver successful outcomes
* Preparing project budgets, schedules, and reports
* Coordinating logistics, installation, and on-site delivery
* "Providing strategic oversight of project delivery."
* "Managing project resources and reporting directly to senior management."
* "Overseeing compliance, risk management, and client stakeholder engagement."
* Ensuring compliance with health & safety and venue regulations
* Troubleshooting and problem-solving under pressure
Requirement
To succeed in this role, you'll bring:
* Proven experience in project management within the exhibitions, events, or related industries
* Degree in Digital Technology & Solutions
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills
* Excellent communication and client relationship management
* Ability to lead teams and manage contractors on-site
* High attention to detail and a solutions-focused mindset
* Proficiency in project management tools/software (preferred)
