Deliver exceptional guest service in a dynamic and growing team at a popular North Coast campground. As a Guest Services Officer, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm welcome and ensuring their stay is memorable.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide outstanding customer service face-to-face and over the phone
* Assist with administrative tasks, including booking systems and cash handling
* Clean cabins, amenities, and grounds to maintain a high standard of cleanliness

Essential Requirements
* Current CPR certification
* National Police Check clearance upon onboarding
* Working with Children's Check NSW or equivalent
Desirable Qualifications
* RMS 9+(Online Reservation System) experience preferred but not necessary
* Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
