Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Consultant to join our Ballarat team. As a Plush Sales Consultant, you will turn product knowledge and relationship‐building into results, helping customers discover comfort, quality, and style while maximizing your own earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver a customer experience that makes Plush the first choice for sofas.
* Use expert sales techniques to achieve and exceed daily and weekly targets—your performance shapes your commission.
* Process sales orders quickly and accurately to keep every deal moving forward.
* Boost results with room solutions and add‐on sales, increasing your commission with every new opportunity.
* Partner with your Showroom Manager for showroom excellence—visual merchandising and pricing that make selling easy.
Qualifications
* Previous sales experience, especially in furniture or high‐value categories such as cars, jewellery, luxury goods, or travel.
