Full Job Description:
Raisin' Bakery is an artisanal bakery located in Shenton Park looking for an experienced Baker to join their team on a full-time basis.
- Mixing, kneading, maturing, moulding and shaping mixtures before baking
- Finishing pastry products such as glazing, decorating and icing
- Baking and decorating of cakes and tarts
- Ensuring that products are prepared on time, up to the brand's standard
- Inventory management
- Ordering, receiving and checking supplies
- Emptying, cleaning and washing baking trays, tins & other cooking equipment
To be considered for this full-time position, you will need the following:
- At least three (3) years of full-time experience as a Baker required
- A Certificate III in Baking
- Previous experience in Japanese bread and cake techniques such as tangzhong, poolish, milk bread, cotton cheesecake and water bath baking will be highly valued
- Hand mould dough experience is a must
- Experience in Laminating danish dough, including duo tone danish pastry
- Excellent time management to ensure smooth day to day operations
- Maintain a safe environment for yourself and colleagues.

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $59,000.00 per year

**Experience**:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
