Based in Green Fields, in this integral role, you will be a key point of contact for both customers and glaziers.
You will be responsible for maximising the conversion of opportunities while planning daily jobs.
About the role:
* Planning, scheduling, and quoting of daily jobs.
* Maintain accurate records of schedules.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Communicate effectively with customers, contractors, councils, and the sales team.
* Ensure customers are kept informed of schedule changes.
About you:
* Minimum of 3 years glass/trades scheduling experience preferred.
* Ability to liaise and coordinate with customers and trades professionals.
* Professional and clear communication skills.
* Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and projects.
* Ability to adapt to changing work priorities
* Simpro or scheduling system experience preferred
