About this role
As a Night Fill Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the running of the night-fill department. Your key responsibilities will include ensuring deadlines are met, maintaining high levels of stock availability, and ensuring store presentation is exceptional during evening and night trade.
In this role, you will lead by example, providing guidance and support to your team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to succeed in their roles. You will also be responsible for coaching and developing your team members to meet sales targets, cost control requirements, and rostering needs.
You will have full accountability for maintaining Coles' visual merchandising, food safety, compliance, and stock management standards. This includes driving a one-team culture that celebrates success and prioritizes team member health, safety, and wellbeing. Additionally, you will focus on delivering an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.
