Role Overview
As a Store Manager at our Woden store, you will partner with the Assistant Store Manager to lead the team, drive sales, and ensure excellent customer experiences. You will oversee store performance, coach your team, and promote a positive, engaging store culture.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales and operational goals.
2. Review performance metrics regularly and implement action plans for improvement.
3. Create personalized customer experiences that foster loyalty and brand engagement.
4. Coach team members in brand storytelling, visual merchandising, and consultative selling.
5. Manage inventory effectively and optimize store operations.
Qualifications
* Experience in retail management, preferably in a busy, customer-focused environment.
* Proven success in leading teams to meet revenue targets.
* Strong operational skills, including inventory management.
* Fashion or trend awareness with visual merchandising skills.
* Ability to train and coach in consultative selling.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with initiative and innovation.
* Experience in high-volume retail stores.
* Excellent delegation and team productivity skills.
