Personal Support Worker Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Personal Support Worker to join our team. As a Personal Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing quality personal, social and emotional care and support to residents.
About the Role
* Provide quality personal care including showering, dressing, toileting and grooming whilst maintaining dignity and privacy of each resident.
Responsibilities:
* Mobility assistance: assisting with walking using mobility aids or transferring between different positions.
* Monitoring health: observing reporting any changes in the resident's health behavior.
The ideal candidate will possess Cert III Individual Support (Ageing) equivalent qualifications as well as being adaptable passionate willing to learn collaborative skilled at teamwork friendly effective communication abilities.
